Description
This first Academic Representation Coordinators’ network meeting of the 2017-18 academic year took place on 29th November and included a major presentation and panel session on the role of student-led teaching awards in generating data for enhancement. It also featured discussion of sustainability in the curriculum, and the engagement of school pupils in university and college learning environments.
The day also included a session for university attendees on the current UK Quality Code consultation, and a session for college attendees on How good is our college?

The event began at 10.30am, with refreshments available from 10.00am, and finished at 4.00pm. Lunch was provided, and the event was free to attend. Provisionally for these network meetings, up to two places are available per institution for staff members with academic representation co-ordination roles.
