The event involved a variety of informative and interactive sessions to explore why quality enhancement and assurance matters to students, the Quality Enhancement Framework and the Enhancement Themes. There was also an opportunity to develop an action plan to address key priorities for learning and teaching within participants' institutions. The event involved participation from sector agencies, including QAA Scotland, the Scottish Funding Council and NUS Scotland.
The event began at 11.00am on Tuesday 14th July and finished at 3.00pm on Wednesday 15th. Lunch and refreshments were provided. The event was free to attend but delegates were responsible for booking and paying for any accommodation and travel. We provided information on some reasonably priced accommodation options close to the venue, and how to get to and around Edinburgh. We hope participants found this useful.
